Accessibility Statement
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find help here.
Last updated: January 1, 2026
Our Commitment
Present Moments Recovery is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. Reaching out for help should never be harder because of how a website is built. We are continually working to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. Our efforts also reflect our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Measures We Take
- Using semantic HTML and meaningful headings to support screen readers
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements
- Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements
- Using labels and accessible names on forms and controls
- Reviewing accessibility as part of ongoing site updates
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and fix any barriers, and we welcome your feedback.
