Anyone can promise quality care. Accreditation and licensing mean outside experts have actually examined how we work, our clinical standards, our safety practices, and how we treat the people in our care, and verified it against rigorous benchmarks.
CARF Accreditation
Present Moments Recovery is CARF accredited through August 31, 2027 for residential detoxification and withdrawal management, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment.

Windriver Recovery LLC operates this co-ed residential location. It is licensed and certified by the California Department of Health Care Services under License #370148AP for residential detoxification and residential treatment. Physician-directed Incidental Medical Services apply here. The license expires April 30, 2027.
Present Moments Recovery — Carlsbad Outpatient Detox, PHP & IOP Center
PMR IOP LLC operates this co-ed outpatient location. It is certified, not licensed, by the California Department of Health Care Services for detoxification, outpatient services, and intensive outpatient treatment under Certification #370040AP. The certificate covers 2945 Harding Street, Suite 213, Carlsbad, California 92008 and is effective August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2027. PHP is also provided at this outpatient location. It does not provide residential treatment or housing, and no Incidental Medical Services claim applies here.
What CARF accreditation means
CARF (the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) is an independent, nonprofit accreditor. To earn accreditation, a program is reviewed against rigorous international standards for clinical quality, safety, and ongoing improvement. CARF accreditation reflects that independent review.
What it doesn't mean
Accreditation is a marker of clinical quality and accountability, it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome. No honest program can promise a result. What CARF tells you is that our processes have been independently examined and meet a high standard.
